Where account access belongs
Open the trusted game app or a website confirmed by the publisher inside that app. TPMasterGO provides guidance and does not host a game login form. A search result mentioning “official login” should still be checked before you enter credentials.

Use the original account method
Check whether you originally used a phone number, an external account or a guest session. Those methods can lead to different accounts even on the same device. An empty profile after signing in may indicate a different method rather than lost progress.
- Use the same number format and account provider as before.
- Check the account identifier displayed after login.
- Avoid creating multiple new accounts while trying to recover the original one.
When an OTP is delayed
Check mobile reception, the number entered and whether the device can receive service messages. Follow any resend timer shown by the app. Repeated requests can leave several codes arriving out of order; use the code requested by the current sign-in flow.
Keep the OTP private. An agent who asks you to forward a code can gain access to the account. This website does not need your code.
When a session keeps expiring
Check the device time, network connection and whether the same account is active on another device under the game’s terms. Record the exact message and use the in-app support route. Reinstalling should follow a recovery check, especially for a guest session.
